It made a lot of sense in the Dark Ages of MBP, circa 2001-2005, when we had no registration process, so people would say "Okay, I've been kind of inactive and this person really wants the role, so I'm handing it over." That way, we'd know who was supposed to go on the masterlist. It still sort of makes sense sometimes, because people tend to care about their former roles even when the stop playing. At the same time, it makes no sense whatsoever in some cases, when people just hold grudges against someone and say they want to "pick replacement" while in fact, they just want to keep another person from playing the role. What do you think? Or not at all? Please vote. Thank you.
